Centtrip is a multi-award winning foreign currency service, providing companies and individuals with an easy way to manage their international transactions. The Centtrip card provides a single view Global Currency Account with a 0% conversion free for account holders.
Centtrip understood their customers need for mobility and turned their attention to a mobile app. Centtrip approached Red C to help them replace their outdated system with new technology and a design that better reflected their brand. Our strategy was to create a stylish and sophisticated looking app which appealed to Centtrip's target demographic and to make a complex process of managing accounts simple and intuitive.
Red C worked with Centtrip to make sure the complex process of trading between currencies & the fees involved were very simple and easy to use. By wire-framing each screen and testing it in a clickable prototype we could test the user experience and gather feedback before committing to the development and ensuring we could provide the best possible solution. We used the best practice security implementation & liaised with Centtrip’s branding partner to ensure the look and feel of the app matched their web and offline materials.
Red C worked alongside Centtrip’s in-house developers on the app’s API. We researched and advised on how to implement their API in the most secure and reliable way.
Importantly, the app was built natively to increase security. Within the app, users can view their account transactions, top up their card or account and buy and sell up to 14 different currencies.
We are also implementing Apptamin mobile automation to augment with our current QA processes, providing us with visual test results for the Centtrip app.
